This Privacy Policy describes how PanCode (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the mobile application SnatchTown Provider (the “App”), published on Google Play.

The App is intended for authorized staff / internal operational use (for example, branch-related workflows such as sign-in, package and redemption operations, and QR code scanning where applicable).

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

2. Scope

This policy applies to personal and operational data processed through the App. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control (for example, your device manufacturer’s system services), except where we integrate them as described below.

3. Information we collect

We collect and process data as needed to operate the App and connect it to our backend services.

3.1 Account and authentication data

• Sign-in identifiers you enter in the App (for example, email or employee ID and password as supported by our authentication API).
• Session data: after successful authentication, the App may store access tokens and refresh tokens locally on your device so you can stay signed in until you sign out or data is cleared.
